Pipe rack and hand rails for this Lignite burning power plant which is co-owned by Cleco and AEP-SWEPCO. Dolet Hills burns 3.5-4 million tons of lignite yearly. Because of the proximity of the mine to the plant, the electricity generated is economical and reliable.
