Project description

Centerpointe was originally designed in 2008 to be a 35 storey residential, commercial and hotel. However, protests by certain groups, budget cuts caused delays in the start of construction. It has been redesigned several times, with the latest design calling for a twelve floor residential tower and a different building for a Marriott hotel.
