Project description

This project involved providing structural steel detailing services for Centerpointe, initially designed in 2008 as a 35-storey residential, commercial, and hotel complex. Due to protests, budget cuts, and multiple redesigns, the latest plan features a twelve-floor residential tower and a separate building for a Marriott hotel.
