This unique first of its kind structure in North Arkansas provides worldclass Class A workspace for companies. It is a 230,000 sq. foot office/retail building. The six-story building’s ubiquitous feature is the 3900 linear foot bikeable and walkable path with open terraces on each floor. The building aims to give the local community world class infrastructure for companies as well as start ups who need flexible working spaces.
