BMW Press Shop

BMW Group is set to construct a 219,000 square foot press shop at its South Carolina plant. The new press shop, which will start production in the summer of 2024, will take raw coils of steel, cut them into blanks, and stamp sheet metal parts for BMW X models. Those components include hang-on parts such as the vehicle’s four doors, fenders, exterior body sides, and lift gate.

Razorback Stadium

This modern stadium with a capacity of 72,000 is home to the University of Arkansas football team since the 1930’s. This project was a $160 million dollar expansion of the north end zone where new suites, luxury boxes, club seats and other areas were constructed. Additionally the east and west concourse was connected to improve flow of fans. A new video board has been added to the south end.

Aluminum Dynamics, LLC; SDI Project Bourbon

SDI is set to construct and operate a 650,000-tonne low-carbon, recycled aluminum flat rolled mill, with two supporting satellite recycled aluminum slab centers. The state-of-the-art aluminum flat rolled mill will utilize a significant amount of aluminum scrap, and as such is also a complementary extension of the company’s metals recycling platform, which is the largest nonferrous metals recycler in North America. This project involved the detailing the finishing/shipping building, process building, the mills building, the cast house building

181, Mercer Street

181, Mercer Street is a multifunctional building equipped with classrooms and performing arts: education, athletics, housing and community space. It houses NYU’s first professional level proscenium, fly-loft 350 seat theatre for student productions.
